Vera Wang is a fashion designer based in New York City. She was hired to be an editor at Vogue after completing her degree at Sarah Lawrence College. This made her the youngest Vogue editor ever. She left vogue after 17 years and worked for Ralph Lauren. After 2 more years in the fashion industry she resigned from working for others and began her own independent wedding wear design company.
