In a cocktail shaker with ice pour 1.5oz dark spiced rum, 3/4oz ginger liqueur, 3/4oz Licor 43, 1/2oz cream of coconut and juice from half a lime shake very well and pour into a flute rimmed with sugar. Top with Jamaican ginger beer and garnish with a lime 🌴
